Permissia River is a fast moving River. Trout and river sturgen swim here. Eagles and crows catch fish by gracefully gliding over the water and grabbing the fish. stray dogs and wolves could get lucky, and snag a dropped fish, leaving scraps for lone wolves and dogs.
