.(Would You Like A Name?).
Name: Aquilae
Species: Dog
Age: 36 moons
Gender: Male
Breed: Siberian Husky
Pack: Lapsos Ultionem pack (Shiva Forest)
.(Care for a stroll down the runway?).
Appearance: Aquilae's fur is pure white. His eyes are ice blue, and go with his pelt. His claws are white, like his pelt, and so are his fangs. Aquilae is a muscular dog, with strong back legs and stronger forepaws, allowing him to jump high and far. Aquilae's fangs are much sharper and longer than most dogs, and he is credited for them. His fur is long and shaggy. His tail is also long and shaggy, but has very strong muscles that can snap a twig or cause a small scar on an enemy. He is rather tall.
.(Open Up My Eyes).
Personality: Aquilae, despite his fierce name, is a very quiet dog. He lets his pack members do the talking for him. Around others, he is calm and collected, and rarely gets angry unless someone has gotten in very large trouble (like treason), in which case he will do just punishment (like exile). In battle, he usually attacks enough to damage, but never enough to kill. If one of his pack members is in danger of death, he will step in and help the dog or wolf home, or fight back, a rarer occasion. If one of his pack members is dying or has been lost, he will inflict the exact same punishment on the opponent who killed his pack member. He does have the capability to fight, and he can use it. His role as Alpha is soft and gentle, allowing small problems like accidental hunting on territory to be let go once proven. He is gentle and kind, and will accept anyone who wishes to join his 'family', what he calls his pack.
.(The Countdown).
History: Aquilae was born in the muffled noise of the snow with his mother's sapphire eyes looking upon him. His father was close by, but looking at his siblings with eyes of brown and fur of black. His siblings were also of this color. He was the odd one out. His father saw him as an oddity, and only taught him the basic fighting moves when all of his other siblings learned advanced. His siblings felt pity for him, and secretly taught him all of the advanced moves as well. When it finally came time to go out on there own, his mother gave him one last bit of advice. "Be strong, Aquilae, but be kind." Aquilae took this advice seriously, secretly thanking prey for its sacrifice, and never fighting his sibling. Finally, the siblings reached Shiva forest, where a pack had been made. The siblings were all accepted in, and learned even more training moves. Aquilae gained a childhood habit of chewing on sharp things, and his fangs became sharper because of it. His tail was almost always lashing about in happiness, until one day when it hit a branch and broke it. The mentors of the pack started teaching Aquilae strong moves that inflicted damage with his tail, which became strong and could now put dents in stones. He was proud of his strengths, but still remembered what his mother had said. He never lost sight of his kindness. When he was made Alpha once the old Alpha died, he put down an era of kindness that everyone, even other packs, were satisfied with. He plans to keep this era for as long as possible.
.(How do You Role?).
Role-Playing Example: Aquilae looked at his father, then his siblings. He repeated his father's words over and over again. "It's time for you children to find your way in the world. Farewell, and I hope you all make it." He had been looking at Aquilae. As if he was going to die! He padded up to his white-furred mother. "Am I really going to die?" he asked her.
"No," she said, "Be strong, Aquilae, but be kind. Farewell." She licked his cheek with tears streaming down her face, then looked away. He gave a look not of sadness, but of gratefulness for her wisdom. He looked over at his siblings and said that it was time to go. So they left the den they had spent so much time in for the unknown.
A few hours later, one of his siblings, Gratia, started coughing. Aquilae was scared for her. What if she died? Aquilae said for them to hurry for a sleeping place, and the found a temporary one sheltered by rocks. Aquilae grabbed a pheasant from a tree with his strong back leg muscles, and gave it to Gratia. "Go on...without me..." she said weakly.
"Never," he responded. "Not without you." They slept next to her that night, keeping her warm, keeping her alive. When morning came, they rushed her from point to point, allowing rest at each one, until they found Shiva Forest. It was bustling with wolves and dogs of every variety, and Aquilae looked around, smiled, and collapsed in the snow.
When Aquilae awoke, he was warm, in a den, with many dogs huddling around them. "Who are you?" One asked. Each of the siblings introduced themselves, even Gratia, who looked so much stronger and healed. It came to Aquilae's turn.
"I am Aquilae," he stated firmly, "Son of Tigris and Lea. Seeker of refuge and a home." The wolves and dogs helped him up and led him to his and his siblings' very own den. Aquilae looked at all of the canines, ready to help him, and then turned to his sisters and brothers. "We have made it," he barked joyously, "We have made it home."
